1. Download the Q8 app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and select your language and the country where you usually refuel or charge.
3. Tap ‘Register’ to create a new Q8 account. Register via Apple or Google or enter your email address, then choose your password. Complete your registration by entering a few more details such as your name.
4. Select your Q8 profile by tapping refuel, charge, or refuel and charge, depending on which is applicable to you. The app’s features will be adapted to your choice.

Note: the charging features only apply to private users in the Q8 app. If you are a business customer, download the Q8 electric business app.
