Your charging session may continue to run in the app when your session has already ended. Don't panic, the charges do not continue and you can immediately start a new charging session.

The charging session normally stops automatically when you start a new charging session. If it does not, please contact us at EV@Q8.com so we can manually stop the charging session for you.
