Good to know

Sometimes you need the serial number of your charging station, for example when you want to link your charging station to charging management. Where you can find this number and what it looks like depends on the brand of your charging station.

Alfen

• Where can you find it? Check the sticker on the side of your charging station or in the upper-left corner of the screen.
• What does it look like? For example, Q8C_12345 or ACE0123456. If your charging station was supplied by Q8, you can recognize this by the name before the numbers. With another supplier, a different name may appear here.

EVBox

• Where can you find it? You can find the serial number in the instruction manual supplied with your charging station.
• What does it look like? For example, EVB-P12345678.
