I have received an error message saying that my limits have been exceeded. What does this mean?
Since we cannot know in advance how much you are going to refuel, a certain amount of money is reserved in your account. Specifically, this means that an amount maximum 375 euro is temporarily blocked. If you do not have this amount available in your account, you will only be able to refuel up to the remaining balance. Did you receive this message with your Q8 Liberty card? Then this means that the pre-set credit limit of your card has been reached.
