Do I have to register to save Smiles?
It’s best to register at the earliest opportunity on the app or via Q8smiles.be (Belgium) or q8smiles.lu (Luxembourg). Forget to register and you lose the Smiles you’ve saved after 9 months... and you can no longer benefit from all promos, bonus points and gift vouchers. More’s the pity...
Tip: remember to link your card to the app as soon as you’ve registered!
