By regular mail it can take up to 14 days for your card to arrive. Has it been longer than that? Then feel free to contact our customer service by filling out the contact form in the app or on our website (Belgium or Luxembourg). Or call our toll-free number 0800 11 323 (Belgium) or 8002 7667 (Luxembourg). They can check the status of your application immediately.
