Before our partner 50five comes to install a charging station at your home, there are a few steps they will go through with you:

• • An offer has been put together with your employer from the available charging stations. Ask your employer which devices you can choose from.
  • As soon as your installation has been submitted to our partner 50five through your employer, their specialists will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. During this intake, they will ask questions about the meter cupboard, whether all spaces required for the installation are accessible and dry (such as the crawl space), and whether excavation work is needed.
  • You and your employer will then receive a customized quote.
  • Do you and your employer agree? Our partner 50five will then schedule an installation appointment with you.
  • The installation takes at least half a day. It is important that the owner or a representative is at home during the installation.
  • A separate appointment will then be scheduled for the inspection of your new charging point.
