My Q8 liberty card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
Have you lost your Q8 liberty card or has it been stolen?
Then it is important to act as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can handle this yourself via the online portal.
If your company has a fleet manager, this person can do this for you.
If your company does not have a fleet manager, you usually have access to the portal yourself and can handle this on your own.
Step 1: Block the card via the online portal
You can block the card immediately by following the steps below:
Go to Q8 libertyweb and log in
Can’t log in? Please consult the FAQ “I can’t log in to Q8 liberty web. What should I do?”Go to ‘Cards’ and select ‘Search cards’
Find the relevant card
Click on the three dots at the end of the card’s row
Select ‘Block card’
Choose the reason for blocking
Indicate whether you would like to request a replacement card immediately
After confirmation, the card is blocked immediately.
Step 2: Check recent transactions
If you suspect that the card may have been misused, we recommend checking the recent transactions immediately via the online portal.
How to do this:
Stay logged in to the online portal
Go to ‘Customer’
Click on ‘Transactions’
You will see an overview of the most recent transactions
Use the filters at the top to search for a specific card (PAN card number)
This allows you to quickly check whether any suspicious transactions have occurred.
