My fuel card has been stolen or lost. What now?

Business customer

Have you lost your fuel card or has it been stolen? Then take action as soon as possible. Are you the account administrator? You can easily block or unblock a fuel card yourself via the customer portal. Do you not have access? Then contact your fleet manager or employer.

Block fuel card

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If this does not work, click here.

  2. Click on the Cards tab
  3. Click on Search cards
  4. Click on the three dots next to the fuel card
  5. Click on Block
  6. Select a reason for blocking from the drop-down list
  7. Indicate whether you want to order a replacement fuel card with the same settings and click Save
  8. Note: not every blocking reason allows a fuel card to be reissued. A replacement fuel card will always have a new card number and a new PIN code

Check recent transactions

If you suspect misuse, we recommend immediately checking your recent transactions via the customer portal.

  1. Click on the Customer tab

  2. Click on Transactions

  3. You will see an overview of the most recent transactions

  4. Use the filters at the top to search for a specific fuel card (PAN card number)

Do you see transactions you do not recognize or that seem suspicious? Then click here for the steps you need to follow.

Private customer

Do you have a business account with one or more fuel cards? Then follow the steps above.
