My Q8 electric card is lost, stolen or damaged. What should I do?

Private users

You can block your current card and immediately request a new one via the Q8 app.

How to do this:

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to the menu by selecting your profile in the top right corner

  3. Select Charging passes

  4. Choose the relevant card and select “Problems with your card?”

  5. Block your card

  6. Immediately request a new card

Your new Q8 electric card is usually delivered within 5 working days.

Corporate customer
