Private customers
Your Q8 electric card may be temporarily deactivated for several reasons.
Possible causes and solutions:
1. Your linked payment method has expired
The expiry date of your payment card has passed.
→ Add a valid payment method in the Q8 app to reactivate your card.
2. There are outstanding payments
→ Settle the outstanding amounts to reactivate your Q8 electric card.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, your card will be automatically reactivated.
