When you refuel using the app on your smartphone, you don't get a paper ticket at the payment terminal. But you can easily find all your transactions digitally in the Q8 app; simply by going to your profile and clicking on "Transactions". Here you will find all the details of your transaction and you can also download a copy of your ticket.
