How can I receive an invoice for my fuel purchases at Q8 and Q8 easy? (for businesses only)
(This answer applies only to VAT-registered businesses)
Do you refuel at a Q8 station with an operator? Then the station can issue an invoice based on the fuel receipts you provide.
Do you refuel at our Q8 easy stations? Please send the form below to rmt@q8.be along with the receipts and/or bank statements – up to a maximum of 1 year back – for the transactions to be invoiced (preferably the form and proofs in a single email). Be sure to include your full billing details (company name, address, VAT or business number) and the total amount to be invoiced. Retail Manual Transactions (rmt) will email your invoice after receiving the above information. During busy periods, this may take several weeks.
