I have multiple vouchers. How can I tell if a voucher has already been used?
You can easily check the status of your Q8 voucher in the Q8 app. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible for Q8 partners' vouchers. Therefore, we advise you to immediately delete your used vouchers in the Q8 app. That way, you are always aware of how many vouchers you can still use.
If you wish to verify whether a partner voucher has already been used, please contact the customer service of the respective partner. Q8 is unable to view the status of partner vouchers. These vouchers are purchased from the partner and added to your account when you redeem your Smiles.
