To use mobile fueling with a Q8 liberty business card, this functionality must first be activated in Q8 libertyweb.
Only after this step can a driver link the card in the Q8 app.

Does your company have a fleet manager?
Then this person performs the activation.

Does your company not have a fleet manager, or are you both fleet manager and driver?
In that case, you follow the same steps yourself.

Step 1: Activation in Q8 libertyweb (by the fleet manager)

1. Log in to Libertyweb 
   Having trouble logging in? See the page: I cannot log in to Q8 libertyweb. What should I do 

2. Make sure that:

   • the driver exists in the system

   • a Q8 liberty card is linked to the driver

   • a valid email address is linked to the driver

     You can check or update this via
     ‘Drivers’ → ‘Search drivers’ in the left-hand menu.

3. Go to ‘Drivers’ → ‘Activate mobile fueling’ in the left-hand menu.

4. Search for the desired driver and click on the three dots next to the driver’s name.

5. Select ‘Activate mobile fueling’ and click ‘Continue’.

The driver will now receive an email with instructions on how to link the card in the Q8 app.

Step 2: Activation in the Q8 app (by the driver)

1. Download or open the latest version of the Q8 app.

2. Select your profile in the top right corner.

3. Go to Bank and fuel cards → Add card → Q8 liberty card.

4. Enter:

   • the last 6 digits of your Q8 liberty card

   • the email address linked to you as a driver

5. Confirm using the security code sent to you by email.

Please note: also check your spam or junk mail folder.

Important:
The card must be linked using the same email address to which the invitation email was sent.
This is the email address linked to the driver in Q8 liberty web.
