I cannot log in to Q8 libertyweb. What should I do?

Don’t worry — in most cases, you can resolve this quickly yourself.
Depending on what’s going wrong, please follow one of the steps below.

I forgot my password / my password is incorrect

  1. Go to the Q8 libertyweb login page

  2. Click on ‘Forgot password’

  3. Enter your username
    In most cases, this is your customer number without the “94” at the beginning.
    You can find your customer number on your invoice or on your physical card.

  4. You will receive an email at the email address registered with us containing a security code (DOI code)
    Please note: this email may also end up in your spam or junk folder.

  5. Use this code on the Q8 liberty web portal to set a new password

  6. After setting a new password, you will be able to log in again.

I forgot my username

  1. Go to the Q8 libertyweb login page

  2. Click on ‘Forgot username’

  3. Enter the email address registered to your account

  4. You will receive an email containing your username

  5. You can then use this username to set a new password via ‘Forgot password’.

Still not working?

First, please check:

  • whether you are using the correct email address

  • whether the email has ended up in your spam or junk folder
