How can I change my customer details?

It is not possible to change your customer details yourself via the online customer portal.

To update your address details, company name or email address, please send an email to cardsupport@q8.be.

Important:
All customer details can be changed except for the VAT or Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number.

If your company receives a new VAT or KVK number, this is considered a new legal entity. In that case:

  • a new customer number is required

  • a new contract must be concluded

  • and new cards will need to be requested

Once the changes have been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
