Are your VAT number or company registration number changing? If so, your company is considered a new business entity. In that case, you will need a new contract. This also includes a new customer number and new fuel cards and/or electric charging cards.

What do you need to do?

Step 1: Submit a new application for one of our business solutions:

• Click here if you have a Belgian VAT number or company registration number.
• Click here if you have a Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or company registration number.
• Click here if you have a Luxembourg VAT number or company registration number.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
