I can’t find my pump number in the app. Can I still refuel?
Business Customer
You use your physical fuel card or payment card to refuel via the Q8 app. You can only refuel at pumps that can be selected in the app and where your fuel product is available. Otherwise, the pump cannot be activated for your refuelling session.
Private Customer
As a private customer, you use your payment card to refuel via the Q8 app. You can only refuel at pumps that can be selected in the app and where your fuel product is available. Otherwise, the pump cannot be activated for your refuelling session.
Would you like a fuel card for personal use? You can apply for one through an approved membership organisation that offers fuel cards. Do you have a business account with one or more fuel cards? Then follow the steps above.
