I keep getting an error message saying my phone is not secure enough. What should I do?
Do you use your physical fuel card or payment card to refuel via the Q8 app? Your phone must then be secured with a PIN code, pattern lock, facial recognition or fingerprint authentication. Without this security, mobile refuelling will not work. You can easily enable this in your device’s security settings. Then try mobile refuelling again.
