Business Customer
Do you use your physical fuel card or payment card for mobile refuelling via the Q8 app? For security reasons, a fuel card or payment card can only be activated on one device.
Are you changing devices? First remove your fuel card or payment card from the Q8 app on your old device. You can then link it again on your new device. Click here to view the required steps.
Private Customer
As a private customer, you can refuel via the Q8 app using your payment card. Would you like a fuel card for private use? You can apply for one through an approved partner organisation that offers fuel cards.
