I keep getting an error message saying that my phone is not secure enough. What do I need to do?
In order to use mobile refuelling, your phone must be secured with a PIN code/pattern or facial recognition/fingerprint. You will not be able to use mobile refuelling without this security feature. This is easy to set up in your phone's security settings. Once you have done that, you can try refuelling again using your mobile phone.
