My app doesn’t work anymore. What now?

There may be several reasons why the Q8 app is not functioning properly or why you are unable to log in to your account.

1. Verification code not received
If you attempt to log in but do not receive a verification code, please check your spam or junk folder. The codes are sent from smile@news.q8smiles.com. Search for emails from this address and consider adding it to your contacts to ensure you do not miss future messages.

2. Verification code is incorrect
If you receive a message stating that the verification code is incorrect, you may have requested multiple codes and accidentally used an older one. Request the code only once and wait for it to arrive. The timer in the app indicates when you can request a new code, not how long you have to enter it. You have a total of 10 minutes to enter the received code.

3. App is not up to date
If the app does not open, it may be due to an outdated version. Please verify that you have installed the latest update.

4. Other app/login issues
If you are experiencing other issues that prevent you from using the app or accessing your account, please contact our customer service team via the contact form. If you encounter an error message, always include a screenshot so our technical team can investigate further.
