What is a Q8 app profile?
In the Q8 app you have three different app profiles: 
1. Charging 
2. Refuelling 
3. Charging and refuelling
The way the app looks and works is adjusted based on the profile you select, so that you only see things that are relevant to you. In addition, you’ll be able to receive specific promotional offers based on your selected profile.

How do I register my Q8 app profile for the first time? 
1. Download the Q8 app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and select your language and the country where you usually refuel or charge.
3. Tap ‘Register’ to create a new Q8 account. Register via Apple or Google or enter your email address, then choose your password. Complete your registration by entering a few more details such as your name.
4. Select your Q8 profile by the profile that is applicable to you. The app’s features will be adapted to your choice.

How do I change my Q8 app profile? 
1. Go to the overview page and tap the person icon in the top right corner. 
2. Tap your Q8 profile. 
3. Change your profile and click ‘Save’. Your profile change will now be applied.

Note: the charging features only apply to private users in the Q8 app. If you’re a business customer, download the Q8 electric business app.
