Can I get a receipt for my charging session?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently get a receipt for your charging session at a Q8 electric charger. However, you can find the payment on your bank account statement.

 

If you have paid with a charging card other than the Q8 electric card, you will receive an invoice from your card provider.

 

We are exploring the possibilities for providing a receipt in the future. If you would already like to receive an invoice for your charging sessions, please request the free Q8 electric card via the Q8 electric app. You will then receive a monthly statement by email.

If you still need additional information about the charging session you have carried out, feel free to contact us through the contact form, filling in as many details about your session as possible so that our staff can look up all the information.
