My charging card is not accepted at a Q8 electric charger. What can I do?

When you use your charging card for the first time, it may not yet be activated. If so, you should contact your charging card provider to activate it.

Your charging card provider does not have a contract with Q8 electric.
This may be the case even though we accept most charging cards at Q8 electric. Contact your charging card provider to check that your charging card is valid on the Q8 electric network.

If none of these solutions work, we recommend that you contact our Q8 electric customer service.
