My charging card is not accepted at a Q8 electric charger. What can I do?

Unable to charge your car at one of our charging stations? The issue is often easy to resolve. Please go through the checklist below:

1. Check your charge card

  • Make sure your charge card is active.
  • Have you recently activated your card? It may take a few days before it works everywhere.
  • Please try again later if needed.

2. Contact your charge card provider

  • Is your card still not working? Please contact your charge card provider.
  • They can check if your card is compatible with our charging stations.

3. Check the charging station

  • Is there a light on at the charging station?
  • Is the light red? This may indicate a fault.
