How can I change my bank account number?

Would you like to change the bank account number used for direct debit?
Please send an email to liberty.sepa@q8.com.

Important to know:

  • By default, a business bank account is used for direct debit.

  • In exceptional cases, a private bank account may be used.
    If you wish to use a private account, please explicitly mention this in your email.

After your request, you will receive an email with a link from our partner Twikey, allowing you to activate the new direct debit online and securely.

The new bank account number will be updated in our system once the activation in Twikey has been processed.

Please note:
Invoices that have already been submitted for collection on the old bank account number cannot be re-presented on another account.
If a payment on the old bank account number has failed, the invoice must be paid manually.
