How do I request a new or additional fuel card?

Business Customer

Are you the account administrator? Then you can easily order a fuel card yourself via the customer portal. Don’t have access? Please contact your fleet manager or employer.

 

Request a new fuel card via the customer portal

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. Can’t log in? Click here.
  2. Click on the Cards tab
  3. Select Create Cards
  4. Follow the steps and fill in the requested information. Not all fields are mandatory and settings can always be adjusted later.
  5. Confirm your order

Track your request

  1. Click again on the Cards tab
  2. Go to View Card Requests
  3. When the status shows Success, your request has been correctly registered (Note: this may take a few minutes)

Delivery of the fuel card

Delivery of your fuel card usually takes 7 to 10 business days. For security reasons, the card and PIN code are sent separately by mail.

Haven’t received your physical fuel card yet?

If your company is located in Belgium or the Netherlands, you can already refuel via the Q8 app. Discover here how to activate this.

 

Private Customer

You cannot request a fuel card without a business account. If you want a fuel card for private use, the application is made through an authorized member organization that offers fuel cards. In the meantime, you can easily refuel via the Q8 app by linking a payment card.
