How can I search for and (un)block cards via the online portal?

You can easily search for, block or unblock cards via the online portal.
For larger companies, this is done by the fleet manager. For smaller companies, you can do this yourself.

How to search for and (un)block a card

  1. Log in to Q8 libertyweb
    Can’t log in? Please consult the FAQ “I cannot log in to Q8 libertyweb. What should I do?

  2. Click on the ‘Cards’ tab and select ‘Search cards’

  3. Find the card you want to block or unblock

  4. Click on the three dots at the end of the row and choose ‘Block’ or ‘Unblock’

  5. Select the reason for blocking

  6. Indicate whether you would like to request a replacement card immediately

After confirmation, the change is applied immediately.
