How can I request a new or additional Q8 liberty card?

You can easily request a new or additional card via our Q8 libertyweb.
In larger companies, this is usually done by the fleet manager.
In smaller companies, you can do this yourself.

How to request a new card

  1. Log in to Q8 libertyweb
    Having trouble logging in? See the page: I can’t log in to Q8 Liberty Web.

  2. Click on the “Cards” tab

  3. Select “Create cards”

  4. During the application process, you will go through several steps (a total of 11).
    Not all fields are mandatory. You can choose which settings you want to complete now, such as:

    • assigning a driver

    • entering vehicle details

    • setting card limits and restrictions

    Settings you do not complete now can always be adjusted later via the portal.

  5. Confirm your request

Tracking your request

  1. Go back to the “Cards” tab

  2. Click on “View card requests”

  3. When the status “Success is displayed, your request has been correctly registered
    (Please note: this may take a few minutes)

Card delivery

  • Card delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days

  • The card and the PIN code are sent separately for security reasons

While waiting for your physical card

You can already start using mobile fueling via the Q8 app.
