You can easily adjust the allowed products on your Q8 liberty card via the online portal.
For larger companies, this is done by the fleet manager. For smaller companies, you can do this yourself.

How to change products on an existing card

1. Log in to the online portal
   Can’t log in? Please consult the FAQ “I cannot log in to Q8 libertyweb. What should I do?”

2. Click on the ‘Cards’ tab and select ‘Search cards’

3. Find the card you want to update

4. Click on the three dots at the end of the card’s row and select ‘Edit’

5. Under ‘Product restrictions’, select the desired products

6. Save your changes

The change usually becomes active after approximately 15 minutes.

How to change products for multiple cards

1. Go to the menu ‘Change / mass update card velocity limits and products’

2. Select the cards for which you want to change the products

3. Click ‘Continue’

4. On the next screen, set:

   • the desired card limits

   • the product restrictions (allowed products)

5. Click ‘Save’

The selected settings are applied to all selected cards and become effective after approximately 15 minutes.
