Why have I received a payment link?
Normally, your payment will proceed automatically and immediately by the method you’ve set. Exceptionally, you may only receive a payment link afterwards via the app or by email. This is possible in the following cases:
- If your payment hasn’t gone through the first time
- Some charging points take a little longer to send us details of your charging session. As a result, your reserved amount will be released, and you may receive a payment link afterwards if the payment hasn’t gone through by then.
- If you have to pay more than the cost of your charging session, this is because your payment has been outstanding for a while and additional costs have been applied.
