I can see that an amount has been reserved on my payment method. Why is this?
For every charging session via the app, we reserve €60. Only the actual amount for your charging session will be deducted via your payment method. The remainder will then be released. In most cases, we can take payment quickly. In exceptional cases, however, it may take a while for a charging station to send us the transaction details. As a result, the amount may continue to be reserved for a while longer.
