I haven’t received my Q8 liberty card and/or PIN code yet. What should I do?
It is possible that you have not (yet) received your Q8 liberty Card and/or the associated PIN code. Below you will find what to do in each situation.
I have received my card or my PIN code, but not both
This is completely normal.
For security reasons, the card and the PIN code are sent separately and on different days.
What can you do?
Please wait: the second shipment usually follows within a few days
Have you not received the other item within three working days?

I have not received my card and PIN code
Cards are sent after your application has been processed and delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
Have you recently completed your application?
If so, we kindly ask you to wait until this period has passed
Via Q8 libertyweb, you can check whether your card request was successfully processed and to which address the card and PIN code were sent.
Have you still not received anything after 10 working days?
Please contact us so we can investigate this for you
What can I do in the meantime?
Even if you have not yet received your card or PIN code, you can already start mobile fueling via the Q8 app.
