How can I receive an invoice for my fuel purchases at Q8 and Q8 easy?

Refuel at a Q8 station with an operator? The station can issue an invoice based on your fuel receipts.
Refuel at a Q8 easy station? Complete the invoicing form and send it to rmt@q8.be together with your receipts and/or bank statements (up to 1 year old). Preferably send all documents in a single email and make sure to include your full invoicing details (company name, address and VAT or company number) as well as the total amount to be invoiced.
Once received, the RMT team will send your invoice by email. During busy periods, processing may take several weeks.
