Why is €45 reserved when I pay with my debit or credit card at a public Q8 electric charging station?
Are you paying for your charging session at a public Q8 electric charging station with your debit or credit card? At the start of your charging session, €45 is temporarily reserved on your account.
Don't worry: this is not an additional charge. Once your charging session has been fully processed, your bank will release the reservation. Only the actual cost of your charging session will be charged to your bank account or credit card.
Good to know: how quickly the €45 reservation disappears depends on your bank's processing time.
