How do I start a charging session?

Follow these simple steps to charge your vehicle:

1. Connect your vehicle

Plug the charging cable into your vehicle’s charging port.

2. Select ‘Start a charging session’

Go to the payment terminal at the charging station and select ‘Start a charging session’.

3. Select the correct charging point

On the screen, select the number of the charging point to which your vehicle is connected. This ensures that you select the correct connection.

4. Pay with your debit or credit card

Hold your payment card against the terminal or follow the payment instructions on the screen.

5. Check that charging has started

Once payment and authorization have been completed, your charging session can start. Check the screen of the charging station to make sure that charging has actually started.

How do I stop my charging session?

Is your vehicle sufficiently charged? You can end the charging session as follows:

1. Use the same payment terminal

Go to the payment terminal where you started the charging session.

2. Present the same payment card again

3. Select ‘Stop a charging session’

4. Disconnect your vehicle
