• Q8 and Q8 easy stations (including Q8 motorway stations depending on your volume) in Belgium
• Tango stations (including Tango motorway stations depending on your volume) in the Netherlands
• Q8 and Q8 easy stations (including Q8 motorway stations depending on your volume) in Luxembourg

How is your discount calculated in Belgium?
The discount is calculated on the official price published daily by the FPS Economy. You can find this price in the Customer Portal or online. Service stations set their own prices based on this official maximum price.

How is your discount calculated in the Netherlands?
The discount is calculated on the Tango recommended price. You can find this price in the Customer Portal or online.

How is your discount calculated in Luxembourg?
The discount is calculated on the official price published daily by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy. You can find this price in the Customer Portal or online. Service stations set their own prices based on this official maximum price.

Did you become a customer after 07/06/2026?
If so, you use our Business Solutions and your discount is valid by default in the country of your contract. If you want to add additional countries or networks, you must link them to your fuel card.

You always pay the best price

• If the pump price is lower than the official price (Belgium or Luxembourg) or the Tango recommended price (Netherlands) minus your discount, you automatically pay the pump price.
• If the official price (Belgium or Luxembourg) or the Tango recommended price (Netherlands) minus your discount is more advantageous, the discount is automatically settled on your invoice.

Good to know
Your receipt and the app show the standard price. The final discount is applied later on your invoice. If you already receive the best price at the pump, no separate discount will appear on your invoice.

Your invoice shows:

• The base price (recommended price) excluding VAT
• The unit price excluding VAT (the final price you paid)
• The discount excluding VAT (at the pump, the discount is displayed including VAT)

Calculate your discount from your invoice:

• Discount per litre = base price − unit price
• Total discount = (base price − unit price) × number of litres

Is the discount automatically adjusted when your volume increases?
No, your discount is not automatically adjusted. If you believe you qualify for a higher discount based on your fuel consumption, please contact our customer service for a contract review at: fleetcard@Q8.com.
