I would like to terminate my Q8 liberty and/or Q8 electric contract. How do I proceed?

Would you like to terminate your Q8 liberty and/or Q8 electric contract?
Please send your request by email to:

In your email, please mention:

  • your customer number

  • your company name

  • the date from which you wish to terminate the contract

For business customers, the request must be submitted by the authorized contact person or fleet manager.

What happens next?

After receiving your email:

  • you will receive a confirmation by email

  • your contract will be processed administratively

  • any outstanding invoices will still need to be settled

What about the cards?

After confirmation of the termination:

  • block your cards if this has not already been done

  • destroy the cards by cutting them in half

This helps prevent possible misuse.
