How can I change the PIN code of my fuel card?
Business Customer
Are you the account administrator? Then you can easily block or unblock a fuel card yourself via the customer portal. Do you not have access? Please contact your fleet manager or employer.
Change your PIN code
- Log in to the Customer Portal. Can't log in? Click here
- Go to the Cards tab
- Click Search Cards
- Click the three dots next to the relevant fuel card
- Select Change PIN
- Enter your current PIN code and choose a new PIN code
- Click Save
Track your request
- Go back to the Cards tab
- Click View Card Requests
- Once the status Success is displayed, your request has been registered correctly. Please note that this may take a few minutes
Private Customer
You cannot request a fuel card without a business account. If you would like a fuel card for personal use, you can apply for one through an approved membership organisation that offers fuel cards. In the meantime, you can easily refuel via the Q8 app by linking a payment card. Do you have a business account with one or more fuel cards? Then follow the steps above.
