How can I change the PIN code of my fuel card?
Business Customer
Are you the account administrator? Then you can easily block or unblock a fuel card yourself via the customer portal. Do you not have access? Please contact your fleet manager or employer.
Change your PIN code
- Log in to the Customer Portal. Can't log in? Click here
- Go to the Cards tab
- Click Search Cards
- Click the three dots next to the relevant fuel card
- Select Change PIN
- Enter your current PIN code and choose a new PIN code
- Click Save
Track your request
- Go back to the Cards tab
- Click View Card Requests
- Once the status Success is displayed, your request has been registered correctly. Please note that this may take a few minutes
Private Customer
Do you have a business account with one or more fuel cards? If so, follow the steps above to block or unblock your fuel card. Don't have a business account? You can easily pay for fuel with the Q8 app by linking a payment card.
