My Q8 liberty card expires at the end of the month. Do I need to do anything?

No. In most cases, you do not need to take any action.

Do you use your Q8 liberty card regularly?
Then it will be automatically replaced with a new card using the same PIN code.

  • You will receive the new card approximately four weeks before the expiry date

  • Once you start using the new card, the old card will be automatically blocked

  • We recommend cutting the old card in half and disposing of it

Has the card not been used in recent months?

Then it will not be automatically replaced.

In that case, you can request a new card yourself via Q8 libertyweb.

Haven’t received your new card yet?

While waiting for your physical card, you can already start mobile fueling via the Q8 app.
