I have not yet received my Q8 electric business charging card. What should I do?
It is possible that you have not yet received your Q8 electric charging card. Below you will find what you can do in this case.
Cards are dispatched after your request has been processed and delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
Have you recently completed your application?
If so, we kindly ask you to wait until this period has passed.
You can check via Q8 liberty web whether your card request was successfully registered and to which address the card was sent.
To do so, go to the menu ‘Cards’ and then ‘View card requests’.
Have you still not received anything after 10 working days?
