I have found my lost or stolen Q8 liberty / Q8 electric card. What should I do?
Have you found your Q8 liberty / Q8 electric card after it was previously blocked?
In most cases, you can unblock the card yourself via the online portal.
If your company has a fleet manager, this person can do this for you.
If your company does not have a fleet manager, you usually have access to the portal yourself and can take care of this on your own.
How to unblock your card via the online portal
Go to Q8 libertyweb and log in
Can’t log in? Please consult the FAQ “I can’t log in to Q8 liberty web. What should I do?”Go to ‘Cards’ and select ‘Search cards’
Find the relevant card
Click on the three dots at the end of the card’s row
Select ‘Unblock’
Confirm your choice
After confirmation, the card is immediately active again and can be used.

If you are unable to unblock the card via the online portal, we recommend:
