For private customers

Ordered a new Q8 electric charging card? Great! Here’s how to activate it in the Q8 app:

• Open the Q8 app.

• Open the menu by selecting your profile in the top right corner.

• Select “Charging cards.”

• Select “Activate your card.”

• Enter the last 6 digits of your charging card number. You can find these on the front of the charging card.

Voilà! Enjoy your new Q8 electric charging card.

You can start charging immediately. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before all chargers in our network are available.

For corporate customers

For corporate customers, the process works slightly differently:

• Scan the QR code on your letter, or go to: https://activate.q8electric.be

• Enter your charging card number and request the temporary code. You can find your charging card number on the front of the card.

• You will receive a one-time code by email. Enter the code and confirm.

Voilà! Enjoy your new Q8 electric charging card.
