How can I request a new or additional Q8 electric card (professional)?
If you want to use Q8 electric business charging cards, you must first become a Q8 electric customer.
This can be done via our website.
Once you have a customer account, you can request charging cards via Q8 libertyweb.
For larger companies, this is handled by the fleet manager.
For smaller companies, you can do this yourself.
How to request a business Q8 electric card
Log in to Q8 libertyweb
Can’t log in? Please consult the FAQ “I cannot log in to Q8 libertyweb. What should I do?”Click on the ‘Cards’ tab
Select ‘Create cards’
Follow the step-by-step process and enter the required information
During the application process, you will go through 5 steps.
Important:
Each card must be linked to a driver.
You must always enter the name and email address of the driver.
This is essential, as the card must be activated via this email address.Confirm your order
Track your application
Go back to the ‘Cards’ tab
Click on ‘View card requests’
When the status ‘Success’ is displayed, your request has been registered correctly
(this may take a few minutes)
Card delivery
The delivery of your card usually takes 7 to 10 working days
