I drive a Tesla and previously charged automatically via the Tesla app. How can I make sure charging is billed via Q8 electric?
If you drive a Tesla, charging at a Tesla Supercharger usually starts automatically as soon as you plug in the cable.
If you previously used the Tesla app with your personal payment method, the charger may still use this payment method by default, even if you try to start the charging session via the Q8 electric business app.
This may result in the charging session being billed privately instead of through your business charging card.
To make sure this does not happen, you can add your Q8 electric charging card as a payment method in the Tesla app.
