When can I expect my Q8 liberty cards and PIN codes if I send the contract today?
Once we have received your signed contract, we will start processing your application.
Processing the data, creating and sending the cards, and generating the PIN codes takes on average around 14 days.
The processing time depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, such as:
identification details
address details
company information
→ Are all details correct and complete?
Then the processing may be faster than the estimated 14 days.
→ Is additional information required or do details need to be corrected?
Then this may have a negative impact on the processing time.

You do not have to wait for the physical card to start fueling.
As soon as you have signed your SEPA mandate, the cards are created and you can already use mobile fueling via the Q8 app, even while the cards and PIN codes are being delivered by post.
