In addition to my transactions, I also see other costs on the invoice. What do these mean?
On the last day of each month, you receive an invoice from Q8 with an overview of your fuel transactions and/or package and card fees. Depending on your selected package and products, additional charges may also be included.
| Cost | When does it apply? | Explanation |
| Package cost | Plus and Corporate package | A monthly subscription fee is charged for these packages. |
| One-time card cost | Compact package | A one-time card cost of €9.99 is charged for each newly created physical fuel card. |
| Cost for extended partner network | When using a physical fuel card on the extended partner network | For physical fuel cards that provide access to the extended partner network, an additional monthly cost is charged per card. |
Good to know
- The invoice includes both your transactions and any subscription or card-related fees
- Not all fees apply to every package or card
- Each fee is shown as a separate line on your invoice, making it clear what you have been charged for
- Your EV invoice is sent on the 15th of each month by our partner Threeforce. This invoice only includes your Q8 Electric card fee(s) and charging sessions
