How can I change my package?

You can easily change your package yourself via Q8 LibertyWeb.

How to change your package

If you require features that are not currently available in your package or if you order more cards than are allowed under your current package.

  1. Log in to Q8 LibertyWeb. If this does not work, please consult the FAQ “I can no longer log in to Q8 LibertyWeb. What should I do?
  2. Go to Client>Contract.
  3. Open Package and fees to view your current package and costs.
  4. Click Upgrade to compare the available packages. You will see your current package next to the other two options. Via Compare all features, you will get a detailed overview.
  5. Choose a new package via Choose this package.

Changing your package

Upgrade

  • Confirm the change via the pop-up in the portal.
  • You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  • The new package takes effect immediately.
  • The settlement takes place at the end of the current month.

Downgrade

  • You request a downgrade via the contact form.
  • This depends on your current package and the number of active cards (fuel, EV or fuel & EV).
  • Downgrading is not possible from the Compact package.
  • Important: Cards that are no longer used must first be blocked with the reason “Closure”. Other reasons do not allow a downgrade. See FAQ: How can I search for and block/unblock cards via the online portal? – Q8
  • After verification by our services, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  • The downgrade takes effect on the first day of the following month after confirmation that your request has been processed.
