I receive several SEPA mandates. What are they for?
The SEPA mandates are sent via our partner Twikey. The number of mandates you receive depends on your chosen package (Compact, Plus or Corporate) and on the products included in your contract (Fuel cards and/or EV cards).
Compact package

Important
If your contract currently only includes Fuel cards and you later order an EV card via Liberty Web, an additional SEPA mandate will automatically be sent via Twikey for processing the costs related to the Q8 Electric card, including:
- card costs;
- charging sessions.
